Features

Metalware metal shelves have been the strongest in North America for 60 years. They are made with cold-rolled 18 or 20 gauge steel. The front and rear edges of the shelves are folded or have the structure of a box that forms closed corners. Hot-rolled 16 gauge steel posts are perforated, profiled, welded and cut to the required length in one continuous step. We now offer multiple attachment points with 1" adjustment and no interference.

20 gauge steel "box beam" shelves

Made from 20 gauge steel, the front and rear flanges are roll-formed into a box beam construction and welded for higher capacity.

Welded “T” post

The "T" post is cold-formed and welded at each 4". The post has a slick front face, with hooking points at each 1" for increase adjustability. 

  • Material : 16 gauge steel

Side panel

Side pannels are used to close the side of the shelf. This panel replace the "T" post and the side brace. It is made of 24 gauge steel welded on 16 gauge posts. All our side panels are welded on the "T" post.

Back panel

The back panel is used to close to back of the shelf. The back panel replace the back brace. It is made of two gauge 24 steel panel perforated on each side to accept back panel hooks.
